The Las Vegas market is starting to show signs of improvement. We are noticing that investors are beginning to jump back into this market, as there are many properties that have hit "rock bottom". There are plenty of investor deals for the taking. We are setting up a secondary investor list of all properties below market with tenants already in place with a minimum of 6 month leases.
