REALTOR CONDUCT & POLICY

As a condition of accepting and working with leads given to you, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with state and local regulations. You agree to notify us of any business transacted immediately in writing or via email. A 50% referral fee will be collected for any and all business conducted as a result of the leads you are provided with.

By using this online software system, you agree to the latest terms and conditions in effect within our latest contract including but not limited to transaction fees, monthly office dues, termination fees and company generated lead fees.

FLAT FEE LISTING SERVICE

Bid4Agents.com Realty offers certain promotions. Our "FLAT FEE" listing services include payment(s) made to us and DOES NOT include co-broker fees. Seller is instructed that our fee covers our overhead in marketing the property for sale and gives the seller more leverage on what to offer a cooperarting broker. Seller understands that a "typical" co-broker fee is an additional 3% of the selling price.
